5, passed away Friday morning 5:30 a.m. in Kannapolis after an illness of tw) years. Born in Union county April 15, 1895 she was the daughter of the late Jame6 and Mattie Rich Keziah. Her bus-band, Fate Belk, died in 1938. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs.

Keith Moore of Monroe; two sons, Kenneth Belk of Lancaster, S. C. and Warren Belk of Orangeburg, S. three sisters, Mrs. Vance Presson of Monroe, Mrs.

Wade Pounds of Greensboro, Mrs. Lessie Dean of Kannapolis; three brothers, Levie Keziah of Tampa, Bradley Keziah of Alexandria, Weldon Keziah of Monroe; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be held today at 4 p.m. from New Hope Methodist Church of which Mrs. Belk was a member.

Mrs. Stephenson was born January 8, 1867, Jackson County, daughter of the late William and Sarah Cagle Green She was a charter member of Tbomasboro Baptist Church.

Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. J. C. Sparks of Bessemer, two sons, James H. Stephenson and Walker C.

Stehpenson, both of Charlotte; 30 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren and numerous great -great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 3 m. Sunday from Thom-asboro Baptist Church. The Rev. H.
