Just because you are on a diet does not mean you can’t enjoy a slice of cheesecake. I am going to share with you the best zero point WW cheesecake recipe! This Weight Watchers recipe is super easy to make too!

The Best Zero Point WW Cheesecake Recipe (Weight Watchers) - Cheesecake It Is! (1)

I made this using a push cheesecake pan, but you could also use a springform pan if you wanted.

Now while this is a delicious recipe, it will not be as sweet as a real cheesecake but it works well when you just have that craving but don’t want to waste a bunch of your Weight Watchers points on dessert recipes.

If you don’t mind spending some of your personal points on a treat and have a super sweet tooth, you can add a little more Splenda(or sugar substitute of choice) to the recipe to sweeten it a little more.

This also works really well with some fresh strawberries or fruit toppings on top of this WW cheesecake recipe as delicious toppings.

Ingredients Needed:

  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Box Instant Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix (unmade)
  • 3 Cups Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup Splenda

How To Make WW Cheesecake Recipe:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, mix eggs, Splenda, vanilla, and yogurt until fully blended.

Add in dry cheesecake pudding mix a little at a time until well blended. Do not dump it all in at one time or you will end up with a big lump.

Grease a 7-inch push or springform cheesecake pan. I also used a greased piece of parchment paper at the bottom of my pan. If you don’t have either of those pans, you could also use a pie pan or pie dish.

Pour cheesecake batter into greased pan.

Bake in the center of the oven for 40 minutes. Will be just slightly golden and just starting to crack when done. The center will still be slightly jiggly.

Let cool to room temperature. Then cover and store in the fridge until fully chilled before serving.

Frequently Asked Questions About This Weight Watchers Cheesecake Recipe:

Can this WW cheesecake recipe be made in different flavors?

Yes, it can! If you are wanting a different flavor use this as a base recipe and simply swap out the flavor of the pudding mix. Just be sure to use one that is sugar free pudding mix. You could make it in chocolate, pistachio, banana, lemon, butterscotch, and more!

How long does this cheesecake keep?

This cheesecake only lasts a few days in the fridge. It also does not freeze as well as most other cheesecakes.

Can I substitute the greek yogurt with something else?

While nonfat Greek yogurt is the best option for keeping this a zero point cheesecake, it could be replaced. Just try and stick with someone on your ww zero point list.

Other options would be Low-fat or fat-free yogurt or low-fat or fat-free cottage cheese. If you do use cottage cheese, it works best if you blend it first to chop up those curds.

You just want to be sure to avoid cream cheese and sour cream. As those are not zero point foods and will cost you some of your WW personalpoints.

Is this considered a Keto recipe?

While this delicious dessert is a super low carb it is not Keto. Keto is not only low in carbs but it is also high in fats. Whereas Weight Watchers recipes are normally low in fat.

However, if you are not following the Weight Watchers program and are just looking for more low-carb desserts to maybe help control your blood sugar, here are a few others to try.

  • Keto Peach Cheesecake Fluff
  • Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Fluff
  • Orange Keto Cheesecake With Nut Crust
  • Keto Lemon Cheesecake Fluff
  • How many servings does this cheesecake have?

This is intended to have 8 servings to keep it zero points. That is because even with this being zero points you still have to have portion control.

Why is this not cooked in a water bath?

That is because this delicious weight watchers cheesecake bakes for a shorter time than a normal cheesecake. It is also because you need that extra heat and not steam from the water bath to help cook the bottom and edges as this cheesecake does not have a crust.
